Basis of Presentation	Note 1 - Basis of Presentation: The condensed consolidated financial statements include the accounts of The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation (“BKFC” or the “Company”) and its wholly owned subsidiary, The Bank of Kentucky, Inc. (the “Bank”). All significant intercompany accounts and transactions have been eliminated.
