THE BANK OF KENTUCKY’S MORTGAGE DEPARTMENT RECEIVES OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD FOR LENDING

Crestview Hills, KY – Friday, April 26, 2013 – In April, The Bank of Kentucky received notification they were awarded the “Outstanding Performance Award for 2012”  for CorrAdvantage Lending from Branch Banking and Trust Correspondent Lending and Freddie Mac.  Despite the current market difficulties, “The Bank of Kentucky delivered a significant volume of quality production through CorrAdvantage”[1], a division of Branch Banking and Trust Correspondent Lending. “We are thrilled to have received this Outstanding Performance award.  Our staff has worked diligently to provide quality Mortgage loans to our community while standing behind The Bank’s mission to provide exceptional service to every individual”, says Kathleen Haines, Senior Vice President of Consumer Lending at The Bank of Kentucky. 

 

In 2012, The Bank of Kentucky successfully closed 1,192 Mortgage loans through the program.  The Bank has been doing business with Branch Banking and Trust and Freddie Mac for seven years. Over this seven year period, The Bank has received this Outstanding Performance award for the past four years in a row.
